Refund and Return Policy


Return Period: The policy allows customers to request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the item.
Eligibility for Return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • It must have the original undamaged tag attached to the product. A return won't be processed without the clothing tag.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and should have the original label intact.


  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. This means customers should have evidence of the transaction, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

    Non Returnable

    Special/Custom Orders: Any items that were specially or custom-made for a customer's order cannot be returned. This is because these items are typically created to the customer's unique specifications and may not have resale value to other customers.
    Resized Items: If an item was resized to fit the customer's body size, it is considered non-returnable. Resizing alters the original product to meet the customer's specific requirements, making it unsuitable for return.
    Altered Items: Any items that were altered specifically for the customer's order are non-returnable. Alterations change the original product and are typically done to accommodate the customer's preferences, so they cannot be resold as-is.
    Jewelry: Jewelry items are often non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns. Many retailers do not accept returns on jewelry for reasons related to health and safety regulations.
    Items Purchased During Sales or with Discounts: Items bought during a sale event or with a discount are not qualified refund.

      Partial-refund Scenarios:

      Items with Obvious Signs of Use If a returned item shows clear signs of use or wear, We reserve the right to issue a partial to no refund. This is to account for the diminished value of the product.
      Items Not in Original Condition: If the item is not returned in its original condition, it may qualify for a No refund. Customers are encouraged to return items in the same condition as when they received them.
      Returns After 3 Days: Items initiated returned more than 3 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund or may not be accepted for a refund at all.
      Items with No Visible Damage or Defect: If a customer claims an item is defective or damaged, we reserve the right to inspect and determine if the item does indeed have a defect or damage. To facilitate this process, we may request clear pictures of the defect or damage before the customer sends the item back.


        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

        Only the purchase price of the item is eligible for refunded. The shipping cost for the purchase is NOT eligible for refund.

        Late or missing refunds :

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

        Shipping fee for returned items:

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your returned item getting lost in mail.
