Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders promptly, typically on the same day they are placed. Our aim is to arrange for order pickup as swiftly as possible. Standard delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 8 Business days from the moment you place your order.

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause a slight extension of the delivery time, typically by a day or two. Such situations could include a third-party carrier failing to arrive on the scheduled pickup day or unexpected delays at the carrier's terminal post-pickup. In the event of such occurrences, one of our consultants will promptly contact you to provide information about the expected delay and furnish you with a revised estimated time of arrival (ETA).

We offer a "Standard Delivery" option where your order will be unloaded on your driveway, at the end of your driveway, or on the curbside, depending on what's more feasible.  Currently, we do not provide "Inside Delivery," which means that the delivery driver will not be able to bring the materials into your garage or storage area.

The estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 8 working days from the date of your order. Our shipping conditions are as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours from the time your order departs from our warehouse.

Damage

In the shipping of Jewelry or any other item listed on this website, it is important to note that due to the fragile nature of the product, minor damage of the packaging during transit is to be expected. Any breakage that accounts for less than 5% of the order is considered a "Minor breakage" in the industry and does not qualify for a refund or replacement. If the damage exceeds 5%, our claim resolution team will step in to address and resolve the matter.
